COVID-19 UPDATE

To Our Valued Customers:

For over 30 years, John Luke Plumbing & Heating has been committed to quality service and caring for the needs of our customers.  We understand that these are unexpected and unsure times which is why we want to make you aware of the policies we’ve put into place in response to the outbreak of COVID-19. 

Our technicians are taking every precaution to ensure that your family, and our family, stays safe.  We are following CDC guidelines and best practices from industry experts to make sure that we are doing our part to keep everyone healthy.  During this time, the health and wellness of our customers is our utmost priority. We have instituted the following policies:

  1. We have a zero-contact policy to ensure that we keep you and our employees safe. To that end, we are asking that customers stay away from our working area and we are communicating with customers through contactless means.
  2. Our technicians are wearing masks, booties, and rubber gloves at each job site.
  3. Out team is sanitizing their tools after every job so that they are clean when they enter your residence.
  4. Though we love your pets, for the time being, we will ask that you keep "Fluffy" secured in another room.
  5. Our employees are required to notify us if they are sick, show any signs of COVID-19, or have been exposed to the disease.
  6. Similarly, when we schedule an appointment with you, we will ask if anyone in your home is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19.

One of the main pillars of our company has been forming relationships with our customers.  We value these relationships and they are one of the things that make our business unique.  Through this pandemic, we will do our very best to continue to foster connections and trust with our customers.  Whether it’s out the window, down the staircase, or through the phone lines, we want to take a little extra time to see how your family is doing and fully explain the work we will be completing in your home or business. Overall, we want you to know how important and valued you are to us through this time.
